Responsibilities:
Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.
Duties:
* Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects;
* Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities;
* Support the implementation of the annual training plan;
* Make sure that Intern/Apprentice trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements;
* Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers;
* Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc)
* HR reporting
Required competencies and skills:
* English Advanced knowledge;
* Excel Advanced knowledge;
* Power Point Intermediate knowledge;
* Communicate at different levels;
* Collaboration.
