You will represent the Supply Chain in your domain, ensuring alignment between business needs and transformation strategy. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ol liCollect and manage business and transformation requirements impacting the supply chain. /li liEvaluate, prioritize, qualify, and coordinate transformation initiatives. /li liEnsure strategic consistency across supply chain domains and with other transformation stakeholders. /li liDefine and drive the transformation roadmap for your area. /li liLead the creation and execution of strategic plans. /li liManage resources across programs and projects. /li liMonitor projects and program outcomes, and KPIs. /li liUnderstand current tools, processes, and systems (both operational and IT), and guide their evolution. /li liAct as Project Manager when capacity allows, or support onboarding of external PMs. /li liBe the owner of the following key deliverables/activities: process and technology mapping for your domain; transformation roadmap; resource demand planning; project deliverables (for initiatives you lead). /li /ol h3Main requirements /h3 ol liStrong program and project management skills (certifications are a plus). /li liAnalytical mindset, with ability to visualize data and processes clearly. /li liSolid supply chain knowledge, including (but not limited to): Process analysis, IT systems (e.g. ERP, planning tools, PLM). /li liAt least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or in supply chain field. /li /ol h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
