Job DescriptionService Delivery ManagerExperience in managing policies, procedures and best practices;Experience in the world of Acquiring and Digital Payments;Ability to govern and coordinate document framework review activities;Ability to prepare deliverables and presentations to the WL Group;Relational and organizational skills and management of working groups;Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result;Good communication skills, written and oral, in Italian and English (at least basic);Ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages;Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader;Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities;Strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect;Analytical skills, prioritization of activities, problem solving;Ability to manage concurrent tasks and time/SLA;ITIL and COBIT certifications appreciated;Degree in Engineering or STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics);At least 8-10 years of work experience.
