PpGEA Group's Bakery Business Unit (BU) is a segment within GEA Group, a global engineering company known for its advanced process technology and services across various industries. The Bakery BU focuses on providing equipment and solutions specifically tailored for the bakery sector, helping clients improve efficiency, product quality, and operational flexibility. /p pThe GEA Comas plant, part of the GEA Bakery BU, specializes in the production of equipment for the bakery industry (means single machines or full production lines). GEA Comas is well known since more than 40 years for its expertise in designing and manufacturing machinery for the production of a wide range of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pastries, pizzas and other confectionery items. Their product portfolio includes depositing and injection machines, enrobing lines, decorating equipment, and complete production lines, all designed to meet the high standards and specific requirements of bakery producers worldwide. /p pProject Management is fully integrated in the company as a transversal independent department depending directly from the CEO of the Bakery BU, thus grant a flexible operativity of the single PM’s interfacing directly with each department focusing on the best service to be given to our clients. /p h3Responsibilities / Tasks /h3 ul liResponsibility of successfully delivery of projects covering the technologies and applications portfolio of the Specialty Lines Machines /li liContinuous project monitoring to ensure that they are in line with company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines /li liProvide reporting to management and stakeholders /li liOverall risk management to identify criticalities /li liTrack and drive deliverables and milestones of the projects /li liManaging relationship with Customer during full life of the project /li /ul h3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in engineering or equivalent educational level /li limin 2 years’ experience in project management /li lideep application knowhow, end-to-end process expertise /li liexperience mainly in relevant industry field (food / packaging bakery sector preferred) /li liknowledge of project management methodology and tools /li liproblem solving management skills /li liability to handle complex technical situations and challenges /li liinternational environment exposure and experience /li linegotiation skills /li ligood English level, both written and spoken /li li2nd language will be a plus for the selection /li listrong customer orientation and capability to face directly customers especially in high stress situations /li liunderstanding of the overall BU needs and targets beyond specific area of responsibility /li ligood communication skills with internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3Did we spark your interest? /h3 pThen please click apply above to access our guided application process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
