Pricing & Revenue Manager
Key Responsibilities
Pricing strategy & Advocacy
* Act as the internal expert and advocate for pricing excellence across the organization.
* Design and maintain a cohesive pricing framework that balances static (tailored) and dynamic models.
* Continuously refine and adjust pricing models based on performance and market feedback.
* Own and enhance the existing pricing toolset to automate processes and sharpen decision‑making.
* Own the yearly price increase process and required price adjustment initiatives to respond to market shift and cost increases.
Technology implementation
* Leveraging advanced pricing management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance decision‑making.
* Integrating pricing solutions with other business systems, such as ERP and CRM, for seamless operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner with Marketing and Procurement to align pricing with brand value and fluctuating input costs.
* Support Sales in high‑value negotiations, providing the data and guidance needed to close profitable deals.
Performance and Reporting
* Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
* Develop feedback loops to collect market data from the field, ensuring pricing stays responsive to reality.
What We’re Looking For
* Master’s degree in related fields (finance, economics, business).
* Previous experience: +5 years in pricing/revenue management.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Can do attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
* Ability to work in a global and matrix environment.
