Job Purpose We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals for the role of Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. This line management position involves leading a team of engineering technicians, focusing on safety, equipment availability, and process adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor the team ensuring safety and efficiency. Collaborate across teams to leverage technical expertise and develop solutions. Support safety and compliance programs in coordination with site safety and leadership. Implement standards and preventative maintenance to ensure high equipment availability. Organize training to ensure technical coverage for shifts. Manage local projects or support EU-level initiatives. Work on shifts as needed to stay connected with the team. Basic Qualifications Significant engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities. Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines. Experience with automated equipment, including packaging, sortation, and conveyor systems. Proficiency in English and local language (CEFR Level B2). Knowledge of health and safety standards. Strong computer skills (MS Office, CAD). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of engineering and safety procedures within a Fulfillment Center. Experience with PLC systems, project management, CMMS, and continuous improvement methodologies.
