As aTechnical Leaderyou will be responsible for leading a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalableback-endsystems using Java and Azure technologies, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time, and optimizing system performance.
Main activities:
* Lead the development of scalable back-end solutions using Java and Azure services;
* Identify best practices for developing and refining back-end solutions;
* Oversee the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using Azure;
* Contribute to the creation and enhancement of core products and applications by adding new features based on evolving user needs;
* Utilize DevOps tools to automate processes, continuously integrate and deploy systems, and monitor application status in production;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Architects, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and QA to align technical solutions with business requirements and user needs;
* Innovate and improve by staying updated on the latest technologies and trends, continuously driving innovation within the team and ensuring long-term sustainability.

* At least 2 years ofprior experience as a back-end developerwith a proven track record in Java and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and at least 1 year indelivery management role;
* Knowledge of modern Java frameworks(Spring Boot);
* Solid experience withmicroservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and scalable distributed systems;
* Previous experience developing code for cloud environments using PaaS (Azure, AWS, GCP);
* Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments;
* Experience with modern applications and understanding of SDLC (Git, unit testing, CI/CD);
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
* Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Fluent Englishis required for effective communication with international teams and clients.
