Autonomous Driving Validation / C++ Engineer
Location: On-site, Michigan, USA. The activity will initially start in Italy to begin the relocation process; compensation will then be adjusted according to the U.S. market and local employment conditions.
We are currently looking for an engineer passionate about advanced mobility technologies, software validation, and C++ development.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate autonomous driving systems. Contribute to the development of ADAS and advanced vehicle systems, ensuring software quality and integration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Robotics, or similar
* 2-5 years of experience in automotive validation or C++ programming
* Experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or advanced vehicle systems
* Experience with testing, validation methodologies, and debugging tools
* Understanding of embedded software, vehicle systems, and system integration
* Experience with Linux environments, scripting, or simulation tools is a strong plus
* Knowledge of perception, planning, control, or sensor integration is considered a plus
Compensation
Junior profiles (0–2 years): starting from €28,000. Experienced profiles: starting from €35,000. The final compensation will be defined based on role, level of experience, technical skills, and company policies.
