About the role
We are building our international controlling function and are looking for a Junior Controller to join our finance team.
You will support the financial management of a fast-growing business operating across multiple countries, with direct exposure to group-level reporting, monthly closing, and intercompany dynamics.
Working closely with the International Controller, you will play an active role in ensuring the quality and reliability of financial data across the Group.
What you will do
* Support the monthly and quarterly closing process for international entities
* Work on intercompany reconciliations, identifying and resolving differences across countries
* Contribute to financial reporting and variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast)
* Support the preparation of Monthly Business Review materials for management
* Interact with local finance teams to collect, validate, and challenge financial data
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
* Support audits and contribute to improving financial processes and reporting tools
* Contribute to process improvements through automation and the use of digital tools
What we are looking for
* 1–3 years of experience in controlling, audit, or accounting
* Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation)
* Solid understanding of financial statements
* Fluent in English
* Interest in or exposure to digital tools and automation applied to data analysis or reporting is a strong plus
