Responsibilities include:
Welcome and assist customers by phone or scheduled appointments, helping them choose appropriate products.
Manage sales operations with a focus on personalized consulting.
Organise appointments and perform follow‑ups with clients.
Handle information requests, answer questions, and manage returns.
Assist with inventory updates and sales data management.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone and email interaction.
Customer‑orientation, listening skills, and ability to provide tailored advice.
Organisational accuracy in daily tasks.
Previous experience, even short, in telephone or consultative sales is welcome.
Offer
Fixed‑term contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
