About the Position
* Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop maximum market share.
* Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
We are seeking a skilled Account Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across our diverse market segments for positioning and navigation solutions.

* Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
* Distributor Management: Support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts.
* Business Development: Identify and recruit new dealers, and create opportunities for growth.
About You
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/marketing/engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture).
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.
* Results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.

Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent travel in Italian speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partner/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.
