Junior Program Manager:
TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior Program Manager to join our Aerospace & Defence team monitoring programs related to flight simulators.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, the ability to communicate technical information effectively with both clients and internal teams, available to join business trip.
Main activities:
Achieve project objectives;
Expedite internal functions for monitoring and achieving program milestones;
Support and contribute to logistics support activities;
Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
Manage relationships with key suppliers;
Manage program orders and costs; - Plan program activities;
Support program performance analysis and periodic monitoring and control of costs and activity progress;
Draft technical documentation related to performance and monitoring;
Define and manage program risks.
Technical skills required:
Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools;
Good communication skills and diplomacy;
Excellent aptitude for teamwork;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Plus: knowledge of Microsoft Program
Course of study: Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace engineering, management engineering
