We are a growing company looking for a dynamic Export Sales employee to join our team. The ideal candidate is a Languages graduate with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with clients, with a strong focus on German-speaking markets
* Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of our global presence
* Attend international trade fairs, client visits, and market events (approx. 10 travel days per month)
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Prepare sales reports and market analysis
Requirements
* Degree in Languages or related fields
* Fluency in German (required) and English; additional languages are a plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Willingness to travel
* Previous experience in sales or export is appreciated but not mandatory
