About the Role:We are seeking an
IT Manager
to lead the design, implementation and management of Institute Itech's IT infrastructure.
The selected candidate will oversee corporate systems, cloud services, cybersecurity, networks, devices, software environments, user access, IT policies and the operational procedures required to support a secure, scalable and professional organization.

Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & SystemsDesign and manage IT infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, hybrid systems)Oversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and enterprise servicesManage networks, servers, and internal systems
CybersecurityDefine and implement cybersecurity strategiesManage endpoint protection, monitoring, and threat detectionEnsure compliance with
security frameworks and best practicesImplement VPNs, access control systems, and secure communication protocols
Device & Identity ManagementManage
Intune, Apple Business Manager, MDM policiesConfigure and control corporate devices (MacBook, iPhone, etc.)Define user access, permissions, and identity structures
Software & Platform Development SupportSupport development teams with infrastructure and deploymentOversee internal platforms (including custom systems and terminal environments)Ensure integration between backend systems and infrastructure
Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with
GDPR and data protection standardsDefine IT policies, access control, and internal security proceduresManage backups, disaster recovery, and system continuity
RequirementsMinimum
5+ years of experience
in IT management, infrastructure, or cybersecurityStrong experience with:Microsoft 365 / Entra IDIntune / MDM systemsCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Knowledge of:Network architectureEndpoint securityIdentity and access managementExperience with cybersecurity tools (e.G. EDR, SIEM, VPN, firewalls)Strong problem-solving and system design skillsFluent English
Preferred QualificationsBackground in
cybersecurity or information security managementCertifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Security+, CISSP, etc.)Experience in research environments or tech startupsKnowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automationExperience managing distributed and international teams
