* Supporting the Operations Manager in process activity;
* Assuring highest care about People management;
* Driving high performances;
* Contributing Continuous Improvement Projects;
* Driving the Team to find new ways to increase quality and profit of the site;
* Keeping aligned SLA and KPIs;
* Maintaining safety and security high level;
* Coaching for his First Line Management Team.
What we need from you:
* At least 4 years of experience of Blu Collars direct management;
* Strong leadership attitude;
* Excellent data collection and analysis skills;
* Flexibility and team player attitude
