Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. Diesel operates in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. For one of the most relevant stores in Diesel's European network – Orio al Serio – we are recruiting a new part-time 20h Client Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs and expectations.
* Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
* Master storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions to build connections.
* Create a long-term authentic bond with clients, making the experience feel personal.
* Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
* Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Prove brand and product knowledge.
* Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in visual displays, complying with company guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
* Think innovatively about improvements and stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
* Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
* Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a crafted client experience to achieve the best sales performance.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passion for retail, client service and a commercial mindset.
* Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
* Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
* Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
* Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory; additional languages are a strong plus.
