TXT Quence, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a candidate to join as an intern at its Cologno Monzese (MI) office. The selected resource will be involved in the development and experimentation of the AI platform dedicated to testing.
Main responsibilities:
Research and experimentation of Artificial Intelligence algorithms, including:Comparison between AI models (benchmarking of performance, accuracy, efficiency),prompt engineering and development of AI agent, Design of AI solutions to support Quality Assurance activities;
Production of technical reports with benchmark results on tested models/agents;
Secondary activity: Analysis, design, and evolutionary development of the web platform related to the thesis, under the guidance of internal staff;
Expected outputs:Prototypes of AI agents to support QA;
Comparative benchmarks between agents and their respective AI models;
Technical documentation of results and adopted methodologies;
Possible integration of prototypes into the company platform (supported by the internal team).
Training Objectives:
At the end of the internship, the candidate will be able to:
Independently conduct research and experimentation activities on AI models;
Integrate AI solutions into operational QA processes;
Produce detailed technical reports with objective evaluations of the models;
Collaborate with the development team to integrate results into the platform;
Apply practical methodologies for software development and testing of complex systems.
Technical skills required:
Knowledge of Python;
Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
Familiarity with AI concepts;
Knowledge of SQL.
Nice to Have:
Experience with OpenAI SDK.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines, preferably in Computer Science.
The ideal candidate also demonstrates a strong team-working attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and good command of the English language.
