We’re looking for a Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and support the development and execution of impactful social media strategies. You will work closely with internal teams and clients, manage day-to-day social activities, create engaging content, and monitor performance to deliver actionable insights and continuously improve our campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, including organic and paid activities, content creation and curation, community and issue management and influencer activations
* strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (e.g. TikTok, Meta Business Suite, YouTube and LinkedIn Analytics)
* analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into effective actions, particularly within the tech industry
* highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with a genuine passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends
* excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to bring energy, optimism and curiosity to the team
What you’ll do:
* work alongside the PR, Social Media and Content Manager in the definition of the ongoing social media strategy and social campaigns
* manage day-to-day client activities, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with the account team
* work closely with a junior team member, providing ongoing feedback and hands-on support across projects
* create and oversee engaging social media content, from planning and drafting to scheduling and monitoring
* monitor and analyze social media performance, translating data into actionable insights to optimize future editorial plans
