Drive the evolution, operation, and support of business processes. Translate business plans into concrete programs for solution delivery. Proven track record in leadership roles in insurance or financial services. Proven project and teams management experience. Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methodologies. Experience in Agile Delivery Methodologies. Experience in Artificial Intelligence and automation implementations. Understanding of SDLC, Business Analytics, Consumer and Web Applications, and Core Administration Applications. Hands-on technical expertise in system development and architecture. Strong relationship, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset. Leadership skills. Process and systems transformation skills.
