Responsibilities
* Develop new products from recipe creation to definition of operative procedures necessary for production.
* Continuous improvement projects on existing technologies and new solutions following all phases: analysis, design, testing and final validation of processes and products.
* Coordinate industrial and laboratory tests with critical analysis of results and definition of subsequent steps.
Qualifications
* Master degree in Food Science and Food Technology.
* Preferable background in structured agri‑food companies, especially in the savory sector.
* In‑depth knowledge of food products and their sensory characteristics.
* Good knowledge of English and of the Office package.
* Curiosity, critical spirit, motivation and learning attitude.
* Excellent relational, organizational and teamwork skills.

* Initial fixed‑term contract with prospect of stabilization in permanent.
* Full‑time on 2 shifts.
* Main seat: Lozzo Atestino (PD) with availability for transfers to other group sites nationwide.
