SALES ASSISTANT /TOP LUXURY BRAND / PORTO CERVO (fixed-term)
Duties and Responsabilities:
Guarantee operative functioning of the store
Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
Be an ambassador of the brand
Ensure customers' needs and resolve all customer issues
Maintain high energy on the sales floor
Ensure a good work environment
Achieve sales goals
Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
Assist all sales team members
Control of checkout and bank transfers
Stock activities
Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: xrdztoy
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail luxury
Fluent Italian and English is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
Good IT skills
Customer oriented
Multi – tasking abilities
