PpIntertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an bInspection Method Engineer /b for a project based in Guardia Perticara for Tempa Rossa Site. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOptimize the inspection philosophy in line with TotalEnergies standards and the legislation in force. /li liUpdate the Inspection plan into IDMS (Inspection Data Management System, ANTEA) according to the plant modifications, new inspection scopes and RBI output /li liSupport data collection for RBI study and follow up its execution for Oil Centre and Flowlines /li liEnsure adequate adjustment of Inspection Programs/Plans according to RBI output. /li liCollect the inspection data to draft the monthly inspection report. /li liSupport the Corrosion Engineer for the assessment of the major corrosion threat and adjust the inspection plan consequently. /li liDevelop a Written Scheme of Examination when required according to Company and International Standard /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary support to inspection activity attending to the “5 weeks look ahead” weekly meeting and update inspection main activities in Integrated Operational Planning (5 month look ahead). /li liFacilitate the interface between Authorities and CPY for Inspection activities. /li liMonitor audit the contractors performance quality on site. /li liFollow up and support General Inspection Service Contract team daily activities /li liAssure the quality of the information for feedback (KPI) and reporting. /li liValidate inspection reports and ensure anomalies are properly managed through SAP notifications (CMMS) /li liEnsure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and Italian regulations minimizing the production short falls. /li liAttend to the weekly and daily inspection meetings. /li /ul h3EDUCATION /h3 pMechanical Engineer degree or equivalent /p h3PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /h3 ul li10 years minimum of Inspection experience with strong skills in Inspection method and practices /li li5 years of experience in OilGas sector /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION /h3 ul liISO 9712 NDT (preferable) /li liAPI 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector (preferable) /li liAPI 570 Piping Inspector (preferable) /li liAPI 653 Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector (preferable) /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE /h3 ul liUNI EN 16991:2018 /li liDM 239/04, D.
