Position Summary
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and on‑time monthly payroll for Nestlé Group Italy Employees in compliance with local legal and company policies.

* Ensure end‑to‑end processes are properly defined and executed
* Drive any issue resolution to achieve desired results
* Act as a trusted partner with key local partners
* Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution
* Seek continuous process improvement, prioritise, and drive enhancement
