About Granstudio
Mobility shapes how we move, connect, and experience the world. At Granstudio, we believe innovation begins where creativity meets strategy — blending design, technology, and mobility to create meaningful solutions that make life better.
Since our founding in 2011, we've grown into a multidisciplinary design house working across automotive, product, and experience design. From reimagining the future of mobility to shaping sustainable digital and physical products, our global team of designers, engineers, strategists, and thinkers turns bold ideas into impactful realities.
As we continue to expand our projects and partnerships around the world, two things remain at the core of who we are: our people and our purpose. Collaboration, curiosity, and imagination drive everything we do.
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional who wants to build a career in Human Resources within a hands-on and dynamic environment, where every activity — from recruitment to administration — has a direct impact on people's experience in the company.
Recruitment will be a key starting point: not just as a hiring process, but as the first moment where candidates experience who we are.
From there, you will be involved in all 360° HR activities supporting our team of around 70 people — contributing to a function that is both operationally solid and deeply attentive to individuals.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and team leads, helping build an HR approach that balances structure with genuine care for people.
Your Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Partner with hiring managers to understand not only technical needs, but also team dynamics and cultural fit;
* Build and nurture international talent pipelines through direct search, networking, university collaborations, and participation in talent-focused initiatives such as Career Days;
* Proactively identify and engage high-calibre, often hard-to-reach candidates across design, engineering, digital, and strategic roles, leveraging advanced digital tools and AI-driven sourcing approaches;
* Conduct online and in-person interviews in both English and Italian.
Employee Life Cycle & Engagement
* Support onboarding processes with attention to both organisational needs and individual integration, helping new hires feel welcomed, supported, and aligned from day one;
* Coordinate with external partners and consultants on core HR administrative activities — including contracts, documentation, and deadlines — ensuring accuracy and reliability across Training & Development, Payroll, and Labour Law;
* Collaborate on broader HR initiatives such as internal communications, contributing to the evolution of Granstudio's culture and growth.
Your Background & Expertise
* Genuine curiosity about people and organisations, with a strong interest in Human Resources;
* 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent acquisition;
* Fluent in English;
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;
* Strong interpersonal skills and a natural inclination to build meaningful relationships;
* A hands-on mindset and willingness to work across different HR areas;
* Sensitivity to people dynamics, combined with a structured and reliable approach to processes.
Why Granstudio?
As an HR professional at Granstudio, you will play a key role in building the team behind the future of mobility and design. You will join a multidisciplinary, international environment where creativity, strategy, and technology come together — with a direct impact on how we attract, grow, and develop talent globally.
If you enjoy working with exceptional people, building meaningful connections, and contributing to a creative and fast-evolving organisation, we'd love to meet you.
