Based in Europe, you will serve as key liaison and strategic advisor for existing clients and play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities across Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a strategic business development plan to attract new luxury clients in key European markets. /li liAct as the primary technical and commercial interface for Yibi’s existing and prospective luxury clients in Europe, focusing on leather goods hardware projects. /li liProactively identify market trends, emerging brands, and new business opportunities in the leather goods sector. /li liBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach. /li liFacilitate day‑to‑day communication, providing expert insights on product development, sourcing and manufacturing processes for leather accessories. /li liLeverage deep understanding of leather goods construction and hardware trims to advise on feasibility, aesthetics and functionality. /li liLead or participate in critical business negotiations and deliver compelling presentations to existing and potential clients. /li liAct as a cultural bridge, navigating between Eastern and Western business practices within the leather goods sector. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liIndustry background: 10+ years in business development, product development, procurement or strategic sourcing for leather goods hardware within top European luxury brands. /li liCompany pedigree: Prior employment with at least one of the following leading leather goods maisons: Chanel, Dior, Bvlgari, Fendi, Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, Montblanc, CELINE. /li liProduct expertise: Hands‑on understanding of development, sourcing and supply chain for leather goods and metal hardware; experience with metal types and manufacturing techniques essential. /li liBusiness development acumen: Proven ability to identify new opportunities, build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into long‑term clients. /li liProfessional network: Established high‑level network within the European leather goods industry. /li liLanguage skills: Full professional proficiency in English and either Italian or French. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liExceptional negotiation, communication and presentation abilities, paired with strategic thinking and customer‑centric mindset. /li liCultural fluency: Deep understanding of Sino‑European business nuances. /li liStrong commercial acumen in pursuit of new business opportunities. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in Industrial Design, Engineering or Fashion. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHigh flexibility with part‑time engagement and remote or hybrid work models. /li liPreferred location: Florence, Italy. /li liOpportunity to collaborate with prestigious brands and maximise impact. /li liCompetitive consultancy package with performance‑based incentives. /li /ul h3How to Apply /h3 pPlease connect via LinkedIn messaging with a brief introduction and your LinkedIn profile or CV. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
