For the new opening of “Alberta Ferretti” store in Milan, we are looking for a Client Advisor.
The resource, reporting to the Store Manager, will take care of our customers providing an excellent service and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience. He/she will support the Store Manager and collaborate with the team to take care of the retail operations, and back office activities.
The Client Advisor will work as a “Brand Ambassador”, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.
Key Requirements:
* Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years).
* Assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and problem solving ability.
* Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.
* Stock control, ability in visual merchandising and display.
* Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.
* Fluent in Italian and English. The knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
Hours: full time.
Location: via della Spiga, Milano.
