Clinical Trial Manager (Contract)Italy (Remote) - Travel Required 12-Month Contract - FREELANCEWe're supporting an innovative clinical-stage biotech seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager/Clinical Project Manager to join a late-stage global development programme within immunology.This is a hands-on oversight position focused on managing CRO performance and site activities across European countries as part of a Phase III study. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring study delivery, quality, timelines, and patient recruitment objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day CRO performance and study execution across European sitesAct as the primary point of contact between sponsor and CRO teamsMonitor study timelines, site performance, and patient recruitment progressProactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with protocol, GCP, and quality standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendorsSupport study delivery through effective oversight and relationship managementRequirementsPrevious experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Project Manager, or Clinical Study ManagerStrong CRO oversight and vendor management experienceCRA background highly desirablePhase III clinical trial experience is essentialExperience within dermatology, immunology, or inflammatory diseases is preferredBiotech experience strongly preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environmentIf you're interested in hearing more, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
