Key Responsibilities:

* Provide face-to-face IT support to users, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware and software issues.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other equipment.

* Diagnose complex problems related to personal hardware and implement effective solutions.

* Test system and application changes, prepare scripts in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment.

* Manage small projects related to new hardware or software installations.

* Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.

Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization.

* General end-user technology knowledge and familiarity with End User Workspace platforms.
">
* Experience with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM) and ITSM tools (ticket management software).
">
* Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
">
