Finance Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our global team as a key member of the Europe Finance team. The role involves partnering with the Commercial Director for Italy and supporting the wider Italian Commercial team. Key areas include financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities will also involve collaboration with the Spain financial analyst for financial schedules and reporting for Italy and Iberia, as well as assisting the Europe Senior Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have significant finance business partnering experience within Consumer Goods or Personal Care/Cosmetics. A strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills across various issues, and university degree in finance or related field are essential. Recognized accountancy qualification (CIMA preferred) and good interpersonal and management skills are also required. Strong IT and technical skills are necessary for this role. About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support, insights, and recommendations to the Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Director for Italy in financial matters, including actuals performance, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ensure the Commercial Director is informed about financial performance and forecast vs. targets.
- Lead projects to evaluate new business opportunities and improve processes.
- Develop a detailed three-year financial plan for Italy.
- Analyze launch plans, retailer growth, and category outlooks to support assumptions.
- Collaborate with Italy and Iberia stakeholders on budget preparation and assessment.
- Ensure accurate monthly data loading onto Hyperion.
- Prepare reconciliations related to Italy's performance.
- Calculate and track elements like ECOM, NPD, SRGM, Bonus, etc.
- Review and control promotional investments in Italy's P&L, including reconciliation to the Balance Sheet.
- Manage SOX and external audit requirements as needed.
- Control and evaluate A&P investments and overhead costs.
About You
You must be a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for finance and business partnering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in Consumer Goods or Personal Care/Cosmetics would be beneficial, but not essential.
