Mission :
As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Automotive sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

Requirements
Degree in Scientific disciplines or equivalent qualification
Experience as Scrum Master, preferably in Automotive and/or AI-driven software environments
Strong experience with backlog management using Azure DevOps
Familiarity with high-level HW/SW requirements definition
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards
Experience in management system documentation (procedures, instructions, standards)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic architectures and vehicle systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting activities
Good knowledge of English and Italian
Project management and problem-solving skills (PDCA, tracking, follow-up)
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of automotive business processes
First Party Auditor qualification – IATF 16949:2016
Knowledge of Supplier Service Evaluation methodology
