We are expanding ourNearshore Workday Consulting Practiceto support US‑based professional services firms implementing Workday HCM and Workday Financials for mid‑market clients (500–3,000 employees).
About the Role
We are seeking multipleWorkday Consultantsto join our growing Workday consulting practice.
This role is ideal for certified Workday professionals with functional/industry experience and Workday technical experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Financial, Data Conversion, and Data Integration. Our Workday engagements will provide valuable experience and training to professionals who want to expand their expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials (FINS) applications.
As a Gravity Workday Consultant, you will:
* Support Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials implementations for mid‑market clients (typically 500–3,000 employees).
* Assist with discovery, documentation, configuration support, testing, and end‑user enablement.
* Work closely with experienced Workday consultants and client stakeholders in a structured and supportive environment with a clear path toward expanding your career and earning additional Workday certifications.
We are hiringWorkday Consultantsacross multiple functional and technical tracks. This role is ideal for experienced HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS, Financial, Data Conversion, or Data Integration professionals in the US or Latin America who want to build a global consulting career.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Workday HCM and Financials implementation projects for US‑based clients.
* Participate in discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Collaborate with US‑based consulting teams and client stakeholders.
* Produce high‑quality client‑facing documentation and deliverables.
Functional Workday Support
Depending on your background, you may support clients implementing Workday products, including:
* HCM:Core HR configuration, worker lifecycle events, security, reporting, and testing.
* Recruiting:Requisition workflows, candidate lifecycle, recruiter enablement, and testing.
* Payroll:Payroll configuration support, testing, reconciliation, and go‑live stabilization.
* Financials:Core Financials configuration, testing, reconciliation, and go‑live stabilization.
Data Conversion & Integrations Support
Depending on your background, you may support clients converting from legacy ERP and HCM applications to the Workday solution, including:
* Data Conversion:Source‑to‑target mapping, data cleansing, validation, EIB loads, and reconciliation.
* Integrations:File‑based and API integrations, Core Connectors, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Payroll, HRIS, ERP Financials, Data, or Enterprise Systems.
* At least 1 active Workday certification.
* Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes or enterprise data and systems.
* Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, ERP, or enterprise platforms.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
* Comfort working with data (Excel, validation, reconciliation).
* Ability to learn new systems quickly in a client‑facing environment.
* Professional‑level English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG, Oracle, SAP, or ATS platforms.
* Experience supporting implementations or system transformations.
* Consulting or professional services experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
