Job Description:\
Park guests in a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of the city. Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, handling bills and guest requests during night shifts. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs and being proactive in addressing their queries.
Main Responsibilities:\
* Welcome and escort guests within the hotel during night shifts.
* Deal with all Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, cashier operations, and guest care, according to hotel policies and procedures.
* Handle enquiries over the phone, face-to-face, and via email.
* Anticipate guests' needs to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience.
* Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined.
* Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all hotel colleagues.
* Be punctual at all times and adhere to general hotel rules strictly.
* Summarize each night's operations and list any follow-up tasks for management.
* Complete Night Audit controls and make necessary adjustments to run the End of Day procedure with correct figures.
* Prepare and review activities and reports for the next day and pass necessary information to the Daily team and Management.
* Coordinate and supervise Hotel Night activities in cooperation with other Hotel Night Staff members and take action when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:\
* Proficiency in English, Italian, and an additional language.
* Proficiency with computers.
* Ability in multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management.
* Excellent guest service attitude.
* Teamwork skills and attitude.
* Past experience in customer service or hospitality.
