Our Cement strategy is GREEN26 and focuses on efficient production and decarbonisation across the industry.About The RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be based in our office in Presezzo (BG) Italy near the spare parts warehouse, working with the team to ensure fast and accurate dispatch of spare parts to global customers. Coordinate with the warehouse team in Presezzo to monitor stock levels and prioritize urgent shipments.Invoicing & Documentation: Manage the billing process and ensure all export/shipping documentation is correct for international deliveries.Back-order Monitoring: Proactively update customers on delayed items and provide estimated arrival times.Complaint Resolution: Handle returns (RMAs) and shipping discrepancies, working to resolve issues quickly.
