This role is for a Store Manager who will lead the client experience, team performance, and boutique excellence, inspiring the team, elevating customer service standards, and driving the boutique's commercial success in alignment with the brand's image and values. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libLeadership People Management /b: Support the integration of new team members, ensuring onboarding, foster a positive introduction to the company culture and operations. /li liAct as a role model in communication, sharing company updates and key messages with clarity and enthusiasm during morning briefings, training sessions, and one‑to‑one meetings to keep the team informed, engaged, and motivated. /li liEngage and hire talent from the market through networking and scouting. /li liOrganize the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the business needs. /li libClient Experience Sales /b: Act as a Brand Ambassador in the local market by identifying opportunities to attract new customers, increase footfall, and build strong client relationships. /li liEnsure every client receives a unique, personalized luxury experience. /li liLead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving performance excellence and contributing directly to the store's overall success. /li liMonitor sales targets, KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate) and store objectives. /li liImplement commercial strategies in alignment with corporate goals. /li liCollaborate with the Retail department to plan local events. /li libBoutique Operations Visual Merchandising /b: Guarantee compliance with Company guidelines on cash handling, stock management, logistics, and all key reporting duties mandated by the head office. /li liOversee inventory, shipments and daily reporting. /li liGuarantee the highest level of visual merchandising and in-store presentation. /li liEnsure that all store processes and procedures are harmonized to provide best in class client experience. /li liEnsure that all Store Facilities are maintained. /li liOversee effective day to day business and operations processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in luxury or premium retail (Fragrance / Beauty / Fashion highly preferred). /li liStrong and demonstrable commercial acumen. /li liFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. /li liProficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software. /li liCharismatic, inspiring, proactive and flexible. /li liFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
