Your role - Take ownership and responsibility to setup platforms supporting Sales and Investor Relations processes - Collaborate with sales accounts in managing investors' pipeline, incl. managing sales and leads databases and budgeting - Oversight and supervise reports and presentations with respect to fundraising processes and investors' pipeline, incl. CRM management - Work together with Heritage technology team to develop cross-platforms integrations - Constantly brainstorm on new ways to make the whole Sales and Investor Relations process more efficient What we are looking for - At least 3 years of working experience in a sales operations team within a software / fintech company (not-consumer) - Experience in creating and leading a team - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce - You are comfortable in understanding financial and performance terminology - You have experience and are comfortable in using software tools / platform - You are a well-organized and reliable person, able to take ownership of entire workstreams - You strive to work in a diverse and A-class international team of peers and partners - Experience within a scale-up or private equity or the broader financial sector We highly value the power of a diverse environment and our team is proudly made of people with the most different personality traits.
