Senior Legal Counsel Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international commercial contracting and the ability to provide high-quality legal support across complex commercial negotiations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for independent management of negotiations and drafting of complex commercial contracts, with particular focus on procurement, transportation, lease, and shipping agreements. They will also provide ongoing legal support and consultancy to operational, commercial, and finance functions, starting from the initial stages of client engagement.
