About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as our in-house HR expert, handling all employee lifecycle management tasks including onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding.
* Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support including generation of reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
Requirements
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Data-driven approach to improving response times and employee experience.
* Strong service mindset and ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
