Your role is essential in driving smart investment choices, robust planning, and turning trends into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and RGM. /p pKey responsibilities include supporting the month‑end close process, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RGM to provide actionable insights for performance improvement and investment decisions, delivering robust inputs into forecasting cycles, monitoring G2N and AP investment, translating external market intelligence and internal data into insights that drive pricing, promo, and portfolio decisions, developing and maintaining dashboards and tools, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. /p h3About You /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FPA, or related roles in the FMCG or consumer goods industry. /li liStrong financial and business acumen with a solid understanding of the PL, including price/mix, margin, promo effectiveness, and customer/channel profitability. /li liAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SAP, and/or Anaplan is highly valued. /li liComfortable using and interpreting external data sources and connecting them to financial performance. /li liAbility to simplify complex information and present clear, actionable insights to cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liStrong communication skills in Italian and English. /li liA curious, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset.
