What You’ll Do Drive the full development process: from analyzing specifications and defining innovative solutions, to design, prototyping, and testing. Select and validate the right components for each application, performing thermal, electrical, and electromagnetic simulations. Lead the design of high-power inverters (>100 kW), including SiC-based technologies. Work side by side with our customers, bringing your expertise to every technical discussion. Ensure compliance with top industry standards while optimizing costs and performance. Collaborate across teams and coordinate multidisciplinary groups of engineers. What We’re Looking For Solid background in power electronics with proven experience in automotive, energy, or industrial sectors. Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide cross-functional teams (electronics, mechanical, electrical). Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset. Good command of English for effective participation in meetings and customer interactions.
