The role requires structured coordination, strong attention to detail and collaboration across departments such as Real Estate, Legal, and Finance at both HQ and country level. /ppIn particular, you will: /pulliCoordinate and manage global routines for lease contracts and appendices implemented across all directly operated countries /liliEnsure timely signature and upload of all lease contracts in the lease administration system /liliMaintain 100% accuracy of key data (e.g. expiry dates, break clauses, notices) in the system, aligned with physical contracts /liliCollaborate closely with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of lease-related data /liliProvide guidance and training to local functions for proper data entry and system usage /liliMonitor and improve lease administration routines and propose process optimizations /liliConsolidate, review, and secure payments related to leases, facilities and construction at HQ level /liliSupport rent budgeting and forecasting processes /liliUnderstand accounting timelines and routines for payment cycles /liliPresent data and summaries on a quarterly basis to internal stakeholders and management /liliMonitor external suppliers and track performance KPIs for landlords, facility managers and construction vendors /li /ulpbWhat you will need to succeed /b /pulli5+ years of experience in lease administration, contract management, or similar roles within the retail industry /liliUniversity degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent /liliFamiliarity with accounting practices and tools (e.g. SAP) /liliExcellent organizational and analytical skills /li /ulpbWe would love if you had /b /pulliA structured, detail-oriented, and resilient mindset /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities and proactively solve problems /liliA collaborative spirit and solution-driven approach /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
