Offer:
* Lead and coordinate ICT Risk & Governance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality expectations;
* Ensure delivery quality by supervising team activities and adopting best practices and major regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2);
* Coordinate and develop multidisciplinary teams, supporting professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment;
* Manage client relationships with an account management approach, identifying new project opportunities and contributing to business development;
* Participate actively in defining the Digital Risk area strategy, contributing to innovation and commercial proposals;
Requirements:
* Solid experience (at least 6-8 years) in IT Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance;
* Excellent knowledge of sector regulations and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ISO22301) and familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, FAIR);
* Experience in managing projects and engaging with high-level stakeholders (e.g., CISO, CIO, Internal Audit);
* Strong leadership and people management skills;
* Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Proficiency in English language.
