As our Partnership Manager (all genders), you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AlfaDocs, driving product excellence, strategic innovation, and team growth.
Define and implement a strategic partnership roadmap to accelerate market penetration, drive revenue growth, and enhance product innovation.
* Partner Sourcing & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners—such as EHR vendors, healthcare service providers, and technology integrators—and lead structured onboarding processes.
* Relationship Management & Growth
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring partners achieve success and remain highly engaged.
* Contract Negotiation & Management
Lead partnership negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and oversee legal and compliance aspects to secure mutually beneficial terms.
* Performance Measurement & Analytics
Establish KPIs, track partner performance, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize partnership ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives and deliver integrated solutions.
* Thought Leadership & Evangelism
Represent AlfaDocs at industry events, webinars, and roundtables to showcase partnership successes and attract new collaborators.
* 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development—ideally within SaaS, health-tech, or adjacent industries.
* Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue and strategic value.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and foster trust across diverse organizations.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
* Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.

* Contract : Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
* Office Model : Hybrid Mode with 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
* Working hours : Monday - Friday | 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 | 1-hour lunch break
