You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You will be responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You will identify potential obstacles in the onboarding project and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You will oversee upgrades of our solution for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you will help improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with successful projects to your name. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to our customers. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in Business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
