As a Pricing Manager Zone South m / f / d, you will report to the Country Sales & Marketing Managing Director based in Milano for a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement the pricing strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
* Optimize gross pricing, discounts, and bonus structures across the product portfolio.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
* Support sales and marketing teams with pricing tools, models, and training.
* Own and manage local pricing processes, tools, and communication.
Profile
* Degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing.
* 3–5 years’ experience in pricing, strategic consulting, or B2B sales environments.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing and data analysis tools.
* Fluent in English and Italian – Spanish is a plus.
* Open to travel for occasional international trips.
