We are looking for a results-driven Junior Business Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team based in Piombino Dese (PD).
The role focuses on data analysis and performance monitoring to support decision-making and process optimization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to the implementation of business intelligence tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Main responsibilities:
* Data analysis and modelling to monitor and evaluate business performances within the Commercial area;
* Define reporting structure and systems for commercial KPIs to control commercial performances, optimize commercial processes and enhance data accuracy;
* Prepare periodic reports and presentations;
* Ability to develop new analysis / reports using business intelligence tools;
* Constantly alert internal stakeholders on major KPIs deviation to promptly evaluate corrective actions;
* Effective communication with internal stakeholders to clearly understand their goals and requirements;
* Oversee the implementation of new business intelligence systems / tools by cooperating with IT department;
* Constantly provide inputs to improve monitoring of commercial KPIs and commercial processes
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics,;
* 2/3 years of experience in Business Analysis;
* Business awareness
* Experience in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations to support and facilitate business decision making processes
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint);
* Excellent knowledge of Power BI;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent knowledge of English language is required.
