Works closely with internal teams (technical, commercial, HR) to assist in drafting and managing bid documentation under the supervision of the Proposal Manager.Duties and responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating bid activities.Support in drafting and reviewing technical and commercial documents.Help gather and analyze data required for cost estimation.Participate in internal meetings (kick-off, reviews, etc.) and manage documentation.Contribute to risk analysis and summary reporting.Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary inputs for proposal preparation.
