At Shakers, we’re looking for a RF / SDR Security Research Engineer to join a specialized Cyber Electromagnetic Research team working on advanced Radio Frequency (RF) and Software Defined Radio (SDR) security research.
This is a hands-on R&D role, focused on experimenting with RF protocols, identifying vulnerabilities and building prototypes using SDR technologies. You’ll work closely with senior researchers in a lab-driven environment.
🔧 What you’ll do
* R&D activities related to RF and SDR security
\>Analysis of RF protocols, vulnerabilities and attack vectors
* Design and development of RF prototypes using Software Defined Radio
* Implementation of SDR solutions using GnuRadio
* Support research activities related to electromagnetic and wireless security
* Technical documentation and research reporting
🎯 What we’re looking for
* Experience in RF security OR SDR-based security research
* Hands-on experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) and GnuRadio
* Programming experience in Python and/or C/C++
* Familiarity with RF lab instrumentation
* Solid fundamentals in:
* Network security
* Applied cryptography
* Wireless protocols
* Good level of English
* Research mindset and ability to work in an R&D environment
