PpIntertek is looking for a bHSE Manager /b to be involved in an International Project. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStudy the safety documentation provided by the Client (e.g., Safety and Coordination Plan or similar) and the legal requirements applicable in the country where the site is located. /li liStudy and keep updated all Safety site’s specific documentation. /li liIntegrate, when necessary, the procedures included Health and Safety Management System with the requirements established by applicable safety regulations according to local or client law. /li liPrepare and keep the emergency and evacuation plan updated based on actual site conditions. /li liCooperate in the purchase and ensure availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for site personnel and visitors throughout the entire site duration. /li liOrganize safety training and orientation sessions related to specific and updated site risks, safety measures, and procedures to be adopted by personnel assigned to the site. /li liEnsure that only personnel with fully compliant and approved safety documentation (in agreement with HSE Teams, SM, and Management System) are allowed to be present on site. /li liEnsure that only vehicles and equipment with complete and approved safety documentation (in agreement with HSE Teams, SM, and Management System) are authorized to access and operate within the site. /li liAssist the Site Manager in verifying documentation and obtaining authorizations for subcontractor. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGraduation in civil, mechanical or environmental Engineering. /li liMinimum experience: 15 years in HSE role in Metalwork contexts, preferably Metallurgical – steelworks – Oil and Gas – Mining. Experience in at least 2 complex construction sites (500 man‑days) in Italy, Title IV, metalworking sector. /li liStrong expertise in environmental matters. /li liMinimum Training: RSPP and CSP/CSE. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
