The candidate supports the Audit Manager in the audit plan delivery, organizes/completes of audit work, documents and reports audit results. /p pRisk Assessment: /pulliContributes in risk analysis for risk assessment process for the Company /li /ulpAnnual Planning: /pulliContributes to annual plan development and maintenance /li /ulpAudit Engagements: /pulliPerforms audit work /liliSupports the Audit Manager in the preparation of the Audit Plan for the specific audit activity, Meeting Minutes, draft and final Audit Report /liliAgrees on corrective actions and delivers the final audit report with the support of the Audit Manager /liliIn this regard, has the ability to operate with minimum supervision on less complex assignments, subject to guidance when required and subsequent review /liliHelps in checking issues resolution /liliHelps in tracking the implementation of agreed actions /li /ulpReporting: /pulliReports and documents audit results /li /ulpRelationship with Auditees and other control functions: /pulliManage good relations with Auditees and external auditors /liliSupport the Audit Manager in granting that the evolving Internal Audit program reflects the changing pattern of risks and addresses current and emerging priorities /li /ulpTeam contribution: /pulliContributes to the team in terms of professional skills, technical knowledge, energy and motivation /li /ulbr /pThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p puMust have: /u /pulliUniversity Degree preferably in Business Administration/Accounting or Finance/ Engineering /liliTechnical knowledge of investments and finance and internal control processes /liliPrevious experience (minimum 2 years) in external/internal audit (Asset Management entities, Banks) or previous experience in Asset Management industry or Banking /liliFluent in English /liliGood knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access); br / /liliAvailability totravel up to 20% of working time /li /ulpuNice to have: /u /pulliAny other foreign languages (French / German) /liliExperience with forensic auditing and professional certification (ACCA,CIA,CISA,CFE) /li /ulpuSoft skills: /u /pulliAnalytical and a team player, with presentation skills and ability both to write in a clear and concise manner and ability to manage time effectively /liliCommitment to continuous learning and willingness to keep up to date on new developments in the audit field /liliComfortable to deal with and able to communicate effectively within the Audit Team and Auditees.
