- Shift from purely transactional sales to value-based, partnership-oriented sales approaches.
- Identify and develop sales markets with untapped potential.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities to anticipate changes and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure strong positioning of the company as a market-leading and innovative partner in the sector.
- Maintain structured relationships with key customers and actively develop new client partnerships.
- Build and strengthen a professional network within the industry and relevant sectors.
- Design and coordinate the sales organization to allow field teams to focus on selling and customer value.
- Ensure effective cost control in both the short and long term with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the subsidiary's employees in line with the company's management style.
Competenze ed esperienza
A successful Country Manager Italy should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Economics or a related field.
- Proven track record in entrepreneurship and senior management, preferably in intensive livestock farming or a related sector.
- Experience working in an international company with multiple international subsidiaries.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
